Change Management & Organizational Efficiency

Improving overall organizational performance can boost staff productivity, streamline processes, match operations with strategic goals, increase engagement, and identify and circumvent obstacles.

Understanding organizational culture, appreciating the passion that fuels a mission, and recognizing unique challenges allows for an informed, impartial assessment.

How can we do this better? How can we meet lofty goals? How might we better engage staff, clients, and donors? These are critical questions.

Project

Management

Planning, organizing, and overseeing a project from start to finish often requires reassigning tasks and freeing up time. If this isn’t an option, a project consultant can provide the support needed.

Together, we can define goals, create project plans, allocate resources, and ensure an on-time, on-budget outcome, and will move your project from concept through execution to successful closure.

Strategic

Planning

Creating a comprehensive organizational roadmap might feel daunting, but focused attention on mission, goals, and objectives can help define the process.

From a short-term action plan to a comprehensive, multi-year plan, best practices can guide every step.

Program

Development

Program development takes many forms, and the process used to create new programs and overhaul existing ones often benefits from an external perspective.

Strong programs meet current and future needs, create space for discussing limitations, and prevent costly delays and backtracking.

From writing a situation statement to crafting a clear message; defining goals to identifying outreach methods; engaging target audiences to developing assessment tools, program development is a complex process.
